Amenities

 

  • Two Bedroom - Two Bath Beachfront condo-apartment on the Gulf  of Mexico located in the South Seas Club. Unit is on the third floor  (#308 Tower 4) of a nineteen story high rise building with North West  facing views of the Gulf, Tigertail Park, lagoon and Tigertail Beach.  Approximately 1200 square feet with full length 32 foot balcony.


  • Sliding door access to balcony from living room and both bedrooms.


  • Complex  offers heated pool, fitness center, parking garage, gated/keyed  security with 24 hour security on site, tennis courts, pickle ball  courts and boat docks available for a fee.


  • Laundry facilities available on each floor.


  • Maximum  occupancy six (6) adults and/or children. Bedding accommodates 5. There  is a raised air bed available or sofa may be utilized with proper  covering.(NOT a sofa bed)


  • Master Bedroom: King bed *NEW 2020 BeautyRest Pressure Smart Firm with waterproof mattress cover, en-suite bathroom, Quartz vanity,  tub/shower combo, and dressing area. Vizio 37" flat screen television. 


  • Guest Bedroom: Queen  bed + Twin bed with adjacent bathroom, Quartz vanity, tub/shower combo.  Vizio 32" flat screen television. Queen has 3" gel memory foam topper,  Twin has foam topper. ALL beds have waterproof mattress and pillow covers.


  • Living Room: Leather sofa and loveseat, slate top coffee table and end tables, Vizio 42" flat screen Smart TV in entertainment armoire with DVD player. A variety of dvd's, games and books available.


  • Dining Room:  Marble table with six wood and leather chairs. *New chairs April 2015.
  • Central air and heat, ceiling fans (3), cable TV (3), patio table and chairs on balcony.


  • Kitchen: Fully  equipped for vacation living-dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, ice maker, toaster, glass top stove, stainless steel and non-stick cookware, crock pot. All dishes, glassware, flatware, etc. You name it---it's probably there. Service for  twelve--plenty of essentials.
     
  • All linens, bath and  beach towels are provided as well as hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a variety of cleaning and personal supplies. Any pantry and kitchen items are also available for use. If it's in public space, you're welcome to use.There is always leftovers of sunscreen, hairspray, shaving cream, etc. that tenants leave behind. It's at your disposal to use if you wish. We also leave large size shampoos in both showers as well as the variety that is left in the vanities. CVS and Walgreens are right down  the street if something you need.

 

  • We have our own secure wireless internet service in the condo unit!


  • No  more service issues or going to the lobby to check your email. This  will also give access to streaming Netflix, Amazon movies, etc. through  the living room TV with your personal accounts.
     
  • New A/C unit November 2016. Cable has been upgraded in 2017 to fiber optic.
     
  • Beach  chairs, beach bags, coolers, beach cart, umbrellas, sand toys, noodles,  floats, card games, dominoes, books, etc. A large variety of items one may need at a beach location. This is also our vacation home, so chances  are if we need it---you do, too! 
     
  • Please Note: We do  not have telephone service in the condo!! We all have cell phones these days that we can't live without so don't forget your chargers!
