Registration fee of $50 per vehicle is required upon arrival at management office. This has nothing to do with the owners.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons--adults and children. However, bedding is for 5. A twin raised airbed is available. Minimum age for rental is 25 and must be one of the tenants for duration of rental.
No dates will be guaranteed without a signed Rental Agreement and a reservation deposit. We do our best to allow for travel plans to be made.
A $250 security deposit against damages is required and will be deposited. Refunds will be made after final departure cleaning and inspection.
Please Note: Property management does not allow pets. Pets are also not allowed on any Marco Island beaches.
